About the Department Our office is located in the Montgomery County Juvenile Complex on Port Indian Road in Jeffersonville, Pennsylvania.  Our old stone building was originally built in the 1930's to house juvenile delinquents.  We also have an office located at the Montgomery County Willow Grove Annex that supports 10 probation staff members.  Our department has specific responsibilities to the Juvenile Court, victims, the community, and to the juvenile offenders and their families. Our Department Mission Statement The Montgomery County Juvenile Justice System is dedicated to ensuring that: Citizens live in safety, Victims are restored to the extent possible and that, Juvenile offenders are held accountable and develop the competencies to become positive members of society.
